Infant Jesus novena began

Jan. 6: Novena for the annual Infant Jesus feast at Alangar was Inaugurated by Rev.Msgr.Denis Moras Prabhu vicar general of the diocese of Mangalore.

A large crowd of devotees took part in the mass presided over by the vicar general who in his message spoke about faith in our life and in our families. He also said that the devotion of Infant Jesus is nothing but a faith building activity.

After the mass a formal inauguration of nine days novena was done by hoisting the flag in front of the church. The flag was tied to an areca plant beautifully erected by the youth of ICYM.
